Stay Active

You don’t have to be a marathon runner or a professional athlete to stay active. All you have to do is move!

Do something every day that makes you sweat, even if it’s doing jumping jacks during the commercial breaks of your favorite TV show, taking a morning walk or simply getting some fresh air with an evening bike ride.  

If you expect yourself to commit hours a day, every day, this isn’t realistic and you’re setting yourself up for failure.  The best way to keep active is to start small and build up. Start with 5 minutes a day and take it from there.  If you find that some days you only do 5 minutes, and other days an hour+, that’s great. The goal is to just keep moving and have fun.

Also remember, you can't out train a bad diet. The best equation to follow is: Eating well + staying active = optimal results.
